Adam Baker Mr. Adam Kenneth Baker, 25, employee of Party Place and resident of Fleming Street, died Wednesday, September 29, 2004 at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Joe Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Friday from 4- 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Adam Brent Baker Fund, Community First Bank & Trust, 501 S. James M. Survivors include one son, Adam Brent Baker of Columbia; his mother, Lee Ann Baker of Columbia; one sister, Tracy (Jason) Bell of Columbia; two brothers, David (Cori) Baker and Ben Baker both of Columbia; grandparents, James and Vivian Connelly of Columbia and Carl and Berniece Baker of Columbia; and two nieces, Preslie Baker and Reagan Baker both of Columbia. Pallbearers will be Kevin Ring, Mike Fagan, Toby Potts, Ricky Elliott, Jason Bell and Rodger Morrow. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Elliott, Tommy Elliott, Doug Richardson, Kenny Moore and employees of Party Place.
