Irene Duncan Metzler, 96, of Columbia, died 22 day, April 2016 at Life Care Center of Columbia.She was in born in Lewis County October 29, 1919 to the late Claude Wilburn Duncan and Thelma Ferguson Jones. She was also preceded by her husband, Robert C. Metzler, Jr. and her only sister, Nell Duncan McKee. Survivors include her niece, Lynn McKee Erwin.Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. No services are planned.
