MR. ALAN DULEY Mr. Robert Alan Duley, 50, former employee of TVA, died Monday, August 4, 2003, at his residence on Hiwassee Trail. A private family graveside service was conducted Wednesday at Polk Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bob Vassar officiating. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. The Nicholls, Georgia native was the son of Lucy Ann Allen Duley of Columbia and the late Dr. Jack Ray Duley. He was a 1971 graduate of Battle Ground Academy and earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Management and Accounting from Tennessee Technolgical University in Cookeville. He was a member of Pleasant Heights Baptist Church. In addition to his mother he is survived by two sisters, Betty Lynn Duley of Nashville, Karen (Phil) Daimwood of Longwood, Florida; one uncle, Dr. Bill Duley of Lebanon, Kentucky; one aunt, Sue Lasseigne, of Owensboro, Kentucky; and three nieces, Brandy Daimwood, Dixie Daimwood and Daisy Daimwood all of Longwood, Florida. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jackie Duley.
