Ann G Horner

Mrs. Ann German Horner, 91, homemaker and resident of Wellesley Place, died Friday, October 13, 2006, at Life Care Center. A graveside service will be conducted at 12:00 noon Saturday at Woodlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Arch Warren officiating. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was married to Joe S. Horner who preceded her in death on September 23, 1979. Mrs. Horner was a member of West End Church of Christ in Nashville. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Joan Horner Reuther of Nashville; Mrs. Martha (Jim) Kelley of Columbia; one sister, Mrs. Katherine Stimson of Lenoir, North Carolina; five grandchildren, Arthur Miller (Sheila) Reuther, Jr., and Ann Elizabeth Reuther, both of Nashville; Martha Ann (Mark) Pratt of Nolensville; Laura Katherine (Matt) Sowell and Nancy Leigh Kelley, both of Columbia; five great grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Reuther, Arthur Miler Reuther, Ann Gray Sowell, William Freeman Sowell, Alexander Brinkley Pratt; one niece and two nephews. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and grandsons-in-law.
