Ann Yeager

Mrs. Ann Howard Yeager, 86, retired employee of Middle Tennessee Bank and resident of Riverside Drive, died Monday, June 6, 2005, at NHC Columbia. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Thursday at Rose Hill Cemetery with David Davidson officiating. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Fulton County, Georgia native was the daughter of the late Sid Howard and Louise Logue Howard. She was married to Anson B. Yeager, Jr. who preceded her in death on February 28, 1976. She was a member of West Seventh Street Church of Christ. Mrs. Yeager was active in Exercise for Life. Survivors include one son, Timothy Howard Yeager of Columbia; one grandson, Jason Christian (Stephanie Gray) Yeager; sister-in-law, Mrs. Latrelle Howard of Georgia; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Anson Blake Yeager. Pallbearers will be Beverly Douglas, Norman Harris, James Burt, Jimmy Couch, Jerry White, Andy Hunter, and Page Chamberlain. Honorary pallbearers will be elders and deacons of West Seventh Street Church of Christ.
