MRS. ANNA LOU LOVELL Mrs. Anna Lou Russell Lovell, 70, resident of Theta Pike, died Friday, November 8, 2002, at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 12:30 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Vernon Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 11:00 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Maury County. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Garfield Russell and Vica Elizabeth Taylor Russell. She was married to Raymond Edward Lovell who preceded her in death on October 26, 1994. She was a member of the Beech Hill Church of Christ. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Debbie (Dennis) Dungy of Columbia; one son, Ronald E. (Diane) Lovell of Culleoka; one sister, Helen Russell Linam of Murfreesboro; two brothers, Jack Russell and Charles Russell; seven grandchildren, Steven Ray (Linda) Lovell of Columbia; Ronald David (Becky) Lovell, Heather (Kevin) Owen, Duane Dungy, Cara (Chad) Braden, Charlie Dungy, and Phillip Dungy, all of Culleoka; seven great grandchildren; and several nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Mitchell Ray Lovell. Pallbearers will be Stan Butt, Ricky Lovell, Troy Lovell, Tony Pogue, Jimmy Linam, and David Barker. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Beech Hill Church of Christ.
