MRS. ANNIE MAI CORCORAN Mrs. Annie Mai Cathey Corcoran, 100, resident of Woldridge Drive, died Tuesday, May 13, 2003 at NHC Hillview. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Ron Eversole and Dennis Satterfield officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Central Christian Church Building Fund. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late William Alexander Cathey and Ethel Williams Cathey. She was married to Charles B. Corcoran who preceded her in death June 30, 1978. She was a retired secretary from Columbia Rock and International Minerals. She was a member of Central Christian Church where she was active in church organizations. Survivors include a nephew whom she reared, John Henderson of Columbia, and nephew, Roy (Martha) Cathey of Columbia; niece, Margaret Jane (Wayne) Cheatham of Franklin; and several great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, William C. Cathey and Dan B. Cathey and two sisters, Bessie Nicholson and Ella Finley. Pallbearers will be men of Central Christian Church.
