Annie May Collins Brown

Mrs. Annie May Collins Brown, 82, farmer and homemaker, died Saturday, December 16, 2006 at her residence on Dyestone Branch Road in the Summertown Community. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Chaplain Alan Corry officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Pete Turner Collins and Susie Adams Collins. She attended Colonial Meadows Church. Survivors include her husband, Homer Brown; a daughter, Mary Ann (Walter) Bolton of Summertown; 2 sons, Homer Brown, Jr. of Summertown and Larry Gene Brown of Columbia; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 3 sisters, Nettie Bolton of Columbia, Susie May Mosley of Mt. Pleasant, Elizabeth Powers of Athens, Alabama; 2 brothers, Jack Collins of Mt. Pleasant and Pete Collins, Jr. of Columbia.
