Belinda Jill Collins Gibson, 54, homemaker and resident of Westover Drive, died Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Born July 16, 1963 in Maury County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Harry Maurice Collins and the late Margie Adair Collins. On August 28, 1987, she married Timothy Eugene "Tim" Gibson who preceded her in death July 12, 2017. For several years, Mrs. Gibson was a waitress at Lamplighter, The Sandwich Shop, and Ponderosa. She enjoyed being around people and spending time with her family. Survivors include her daughters, Amanda Grace (Dustin Lay) Gibson and Ashley Elaine Fenwick both of Columbia; grandchildren, Elyzabeth Lay; Kelsey Gibson; and Korbin Gibson; daughter-in-law, Nelia Gibson; and sister, Meicki Baker of Mt. Pleasant. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Leighton Gibson on January 18, 2016. Honorary pallbearers include Jordan Crabtree, Donald Hay, Dustin Lay, Tre Whitaker, Devin Whitaker, Colby Sparks, and James Steward.
