Billy Paul Grissom, 64, retired owner of Budday's Restaurant, died Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at his residence on Cambridge Court. No services are scheduled at this time. Born September 23, 1952 in Lawrence County, Tennessee, he was the son of Ruth Massey Grissom and the late Arnold Lee Grissom. He served in the United States Air Force and was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, whom he married May 5, 1977, Joanne Riddle Grissom of Culleoka; daughter, Kim (Trey) Brown; sons, Chad (Angie) Grissom; Bill (Kelly) Carroll; grandsons, Max Grissom, Brett Grissom, Nathan Reed, Andrew Reed, Colton (Jessica) Carroll, Silas Carroll, and Roman Carroll; expecting first great granddaughter, Katie Leigh Carroll; mother, Ruth Grissom; sister, Kim Grissom; brother, Tim (Mindy) Grissom; and several nieces and nephews.
