MR. BOBBY LaCROIX Mr. Bobby Norris LaCroix, 55, employee of Roto-Rooter and resident of Gardendale Drive, died Tuesday, October 28, 2003 at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon Friday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Jack White and Ewing Neelley officiating. Burial will be in Jones Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to New Lasea Church of Christ Building Fund. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Columbia native was the son of the late Thomas Edward LaCroix and Myrtle Wiser LaCroix. He was a 1966 graduate of Culleoka High School and a member of New Lasea Church of Christ. He was previously employed with Columbia Mid-State Disbributing for twenty years. Survivors include his wife, Linda Hood LaCroix of Columbia; daughter, Kim (John) Waldrum of Columbia; son, Robert Thomas (Terri) LaCroix of Columbia; sister, Faye (Jimmy) Zhand of Trinity, Alabama; brother, James D. (Marilyn) LaCroix of Culleoka; sister-in-law, Dot LaCroix of Columbia; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn Paige Waldrum, Johnathon Colby Waldrum, Landin Norris LaCroix all of Columbia; and very special extended family, Missy Phillips and Ann- Margaret Lasure Cook both of Columbia. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas E. LaCroix, Jr., W.J. LaCroix and Richard H. LaCroix. Pallbearers will be Paul Ragsdale, Blair Keeling, Beau Keeling, James Waldrum, Sam King, Wayne Mosley, Kenneth Sullivan, Mark LaCroix, Jeff LaCroix and Pat LaCroix. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe LaCroix, John B. Jones, James H. Jones, John W. Hood, John Massey, Joe Williams, Roy Ballard, Noel Lasure, Charles Shouse, Bill Wauford, Charlie Hines, Dr. Douglas Kennedy, Dr. Brian Lee, Dr. James Kelley, Dr. Charles Wendt, Dr. Moataz Toban, Dr. Houston Jameson, Dr. Mark Messenger, Dr. John Worthman, Dr. Steven Woodley, staff of Columbia Oncology and staff of Radiology at Maury Regional Hospital, nurses and staff on Oncology Floor at Maury Regional Hospital, Roxanne Rasbury, Beverly Brown, and members of New Lasea Church of Christ.
