Brenda Lee Staggs Whitehead

Brenda Lee Staggs Whitehead was a native of Wayne County, born October 28, 1969 and departed this life on Monday, December 30, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center at the age of 50 years, 1 month, 30 days. Brenda was a graduate of Wayne County High School. She worked as a CNA prior to becoming disabled. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Annie and Leonard Staggs, Sr.; and brother, James Staggs. Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Jason Whitehead of Waynesboro; son, Timothy (Erica) Harris, Jr. of Columbia; daughter, Kimberly Harris of Waynesboro; grandsons, Raiden Sherriff Harris, Zaine Wall; granddaughters, Ainsley Holt, Alexia Holt; sister, Patricia (Kevin) Jackson of Collinwood; and brothers, Daron (Jennifer) Staggs of Olive Hill; Leonard (Marina) Staggs, Jr. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Highland Church of Christ on Highway 13 North just before Buffalo River.
