Brian Christopher Hubbell, 34, employee of Anderson Masonry and resident of Thompson Drive in Minor Hill, died Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brother Paul Arnold officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Friday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. Born August 4, 1982 in Maury County, he was the son of the late Charles Michael Hubbell and Margaret Davis Hubbell. An avid outdoorsman he enjoyed hunting. Mr. Hubbell was a member of Apostolic Church in Loretto. Survivors include his wife Shelia Kay Hodge Hubbell of Minor Hill; sons, Gregory Stinnett and Zachary Stinnett both of Culleoka; adored niece, Stephanie Hubbell; dearly loved nephews, Scott Hubbell and Wes Hubbell; cherished sister, Angela Hubbell Murray of Checotah, OK; step-mother, Evonne Hubbell of Checotah, OK; and paternal grandparents, Charles and Dorothy Hubbell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Shane Hubbell. Active pallbearers will be family and friends.
