Bruce Wayne Truette Sr

Bruce Wayne Truette, Sr., 27, died Sunday, February 27, 2005 at his residence on Dog Creek Road in the Santa Fe Community. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 12:00 Noon at Oakes & Nichols with Steve Queen officiating. Burial will be in the Byrd Creek Cemetery in Santa Fe. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to www.oakesandnichols.com. He was a native of Maury County and attended Acts Christian Center. Survivors include his wife, Wendy Barber Truette; three sons, Bruce Truette, Jr., Brandon Truette and Blake Truette; his mother, Carolyn Faye Morton Truette of Primm Springs; a sister, Jennifer (Brian) Jenkins of Williamsport; two brothers, Gerald (Jennifer) Truette of Brentwood and Jerry Truette of Mt. Juliet; two nieces, Emily Jenkins and Heather Jenkins of Williamsport and a nephew, Nick Truette of Brentwood; several cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Ray Truette. Pallbearers are John Shelby, Robert Truette, James Truette, Justin Garrard, Michael Alderson, Joey Sewell, Ronnie Wilson, Jeff Rodriquez, David Bratcher, Jason Dunn and John L. Morton.
