Carl Merritt

Mr. Carl Kent Merritt, 48, employee of Charles Taylor Construction Company, died Monday, August 15, 2005 at his residence on Snow Creek Road. A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery with Rev. James Thomas officiating. The Williamson County native was the son of the late Clifford Merritt and Bassie Brooks Merritt. Survivors include two sisters, Miss Margaret Merritt and Mrs. Dinah (Richard) Caulfield both of Antioch; two brothers, Jimmy (Frances) Merritt of Nashville and Arthur Merritt of Columbia; three nieces, Ramona Helmes, Chesatie Caulfield, Lindsey Caulfield; and one nephew, Nathan Helmes. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
