Mr. Charles Hiram "Chip" Ingram, 56, former homebuilder and resident of Overton Drive, died Monday, April 30, 2007 at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Tim Clark and Bobby Harris, Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Wilkes Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 4 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the son of Betty Jean Montgomery Ingram of Columbia and the late Billy Edward Ingram. He was a 1969 graduate of Columbia Central High School and was a member of Mynders' Community Club. Mr. Ingram was a member of Bigbyville United Methodist Church. Survivors in addition to his mother are a daughter, Angela (Junior) Shrader of Summertown; a son, Derrick (Jessica) Kinzer of Hampshire; two sisters, Sandy (Doyle) Collins of Columbia, Twyla (John) Uggla of Mynders' Community; brother, Cody (Connie) Ingram of Columbia; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Mike Erwin, Bobby Ingram, Jr., Clyde Harris, Andy Harris, Tim Lunn, Randolph Thompson, Richard Whitley and Terry Pope. Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Montgomery, Zeb Potts, Gordon Thomason, Terry Greenway, Johnny K. Wilson, Bobby Joe Groom, Rickey Beckenbach, Tim Harris, Ben Harris, Richard Montgomery, Jimmy Rowland, Jeff Ingram, Dale Ingram and Kevin Montgomery.
