Minnie Charline Dugger Anderson, 90, resident of Hidden Acres in Mt. Pleasant and former resident of Hickman Street, died Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with David Morris and Craig Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. Born September 30, 1926 in Wayne County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Dugger and Era Potts Dugger. On December 21, 1940, she married William Ralph Anderson who preceded her in death June 13, 1986. She was employed with Tennessee Knitting Mills as Personnel Director and later Weather Tamer where she retired. For many years, Mrs. Anderson enjoyed sewing, singing, and flower gardening. She was a member of Highland Church of Christ. Survivors include her daughter, Linda Dickens of Greenbrier; son, Steve (Vielallar) Anderson of Williamsport; grandchildren, Stephanie (James) Truette of Williamsport, Shane (Tammy) Anderson of Culleoka, Craig (Marie) Kelley of Springfield, and John Anderson, Jr. of Old Hickory; great grandchildren, Mason Kelley of Springfield, Brice Anderson of Culleoka, and Cody Truette of Williamsport; and daughter-in-law, Shelia Anderson of Old Hickory. She was preceded in death by her son, John Anderson, Sr.; and sisters, Christine Matthews, and Geraldine Love. Active pallbearers will be Craig Kelley, Shane Anderson, Cody Truette, Brice Anderson, Mason Kelley, and James Truette.
