Cheri Lee Kozlowski, 58, died at home peacefully with her family on September 27, 2019 in Columbia, Tennessee. Cheri is survived by her husband Bart Kozlowski and their 2 children, Kendra (Isabella and Samuel) and Andrew. Her brother Robert Murry Wood III (Jona) and their 2 children (Murry and Zach). Her sister Beth McGee (Tommy) and her 3 children from her first marriage (Erin, Emily, and James Paul). Born in Savannah, TN, Cheri was the daughter of Robert Murry Wood Jr. and Betty Catherine Willoughby of Savannah, TN, both deceased. Cheri was an Assistant Student Minister at Wellspring Christian Church in Spring Hill, TN. Before moving to Tennessee, she was an Assistant ESE teacher at Teague Middle School in Altamonte Springs, FL. Cheri is a graduate of Tarpon Springs High School class of 1979 and College of Lake County with recognition by placement on College Honor List and member of Phi Theta Kappa Society. Cheri also graduated from the Continental School of Beauty Culture in Rochester, NY with awards of completion in Pivot Point Scientific Approach to Hair Design. Cheri enjoyed spending time with and loving on people. She loved her Church and going to Wednesday youth group, TCTC, CIY, White Mills Christian Camps, hiking, and spending time with family outdoors. She was also a Theater Arts Major and loved to perform. Along with her creative side were making jewelry for Women’s retreat and giving to others.
