MRS. CLARICE BRADLEY Mrs. Clarice Blocker Bradley, 82, native of the Hampshire Community and former resident of Old Highway 99, died Thursday, August 14, 2003, at her daughter's residence in Lubbock, Texas. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 P.M., Sunday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Kevin White and Joe Macer officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Ocy Blocker and Nena Bishop Blocker. On June 15, 1963 she married Ellis A. Bradley who preceded her in death April 6, 1999. She was employed as cashier at Life of Georgia in Columbia for thirty-eight years. She was a member of Eastside Church of Christ and former long-time member of Southpoint Church of Christ. Survivors include one daughter, Susan (Scott) Voland of Lubbock, Texas; two grandsons, Andrew Scott Voland, Alexander Bradley Voland both of Lubbock, Texas; one granddaughter, Abigail Elizabeth Voland of Lubbock, Texas; one sister, Virginia Clay of River Rouge, Michigan; two brothers, Willis Blocker and Willard Blocker both of Hampshire; and two sisters-in-law, Faye Blocker of Columbia and Mary Allie Blocker of Hampshire. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Ella Brown Thomason, Gladys Baxter, Annie Mai Blocker and three brothers, Wesley Blocker, Richard Blocker, Henry Blocker. Pallbearers will be Alvin Blocker, Tommy Dunn, Rick Dunn, Bryan Dunn, Ray Dotson, John Ray Dotson, Richard Blocker, Jr., Frank Cathey and Todd Baxter. Honorary pallbearers will be former co-workers of Life of Georgia.
