CLAUDE DANIELS, JR. Mr. Claude Thomas "Bud" Daniels, Jr., 64, retired employee of United Cities Gas Company and resident of Blythe Circle, died Tuesday, November 4, 2003 at Maury Regional Hospital. Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Thursday at Gibsonville Cemetery with Doug Brown officiating. The family will visit with friends from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the son of the late Claude Thomas Daniels, Sr. and Gracie Etta Clifton Daniels. He served in the United States Army. Survivors include four sisters, Peggy Hill, Wilma Oliver, Margaret Petty all of Columbia and Juanita (R.H.) Polk of Powell; two brothers, Charles Edwin (Tillie) Daniels and Russell Perry (Wilma) Daniels both of Columbia; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Linda Oliver of Murfreesboro. He was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Wayne Daniels. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
