Cora Lee Jackson

Mrs. Cora Lee Luther Jackson, 70, homemaker and resident of Bear Creek Pike, died Sunday, September 22, 2002, at Heritage Manor. A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. at Luther Cemetery in Dickson County. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late William Rosco Luther and Bessie Demumbran Luther Dye. She attended Maury County schools and was a member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband Reed Jackson of Columbia; one daughter, Mrs. Peggy (Bob) Cook of Tullahoma; one brother, Jessie Luther of Frankfort, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Mrs. Christine (Matthew) Campbell and Jeffrey Cook both of Tullahoma, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Bill Luther, Frank Luther and Burt Luther.
