Mrs. Corniela Price McNeill, 83, retired employee of Maury Regional Hospital and Maury County Archives and former resident of Camelot Drive, died Friday, March 25, 2005, at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Monday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Dr. Carl Duck officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 2:00 - 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to West End Baptist Church Building Fund, 900 West Seventh Street, Columbia, TN 38401. She was married to James B. "J. B." McNeill who preceded her in death on November 16, 1987. She was a 1940 graduate of Columbia Central High School and after retiring from Administration at Maury Regional Hospital, she was associated with the Maury County Archives. Mrs. McNeil was former Chairman of the Tennessee Commission on Aging and a member of AARP. She was a charter member of West End Baptist Church. Survivors include two sisters, Dorothy (Clayton) London of Columbia; Ruth Martin of Taylorsville, Kentucky; three brothers, Charles (Mary) Price, Sr. of Boise, Idaho; Ollie (Ruby) Stewman of Knoxville; Jerry (Nancy) Price of Columbia; one sister-in-law, Polly Price of Johnson City; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, O. E. Price, Jr. Pallbearers will be Dan London, Richard Price, Andy McKee, Jeff Wray, James Martin, Levi Martin, Jonathan Price, and Frank Jones.
