David Benjamin Formosa

David Benjamin Formosa, 46, died Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at his residence in Spring Hill. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Born August 13, 1975 in Davidson County, he was the son of Cindy Johnson Formosa and the late Joseph Stanley Formosa. Mr. Formosa enjoyed music, playing the drums and was a Notre Dame football fan. In addition to his mother, Cindy (Tom Bogan) Formosa of Spring Hill, survivors include his brother, Mark Daniel (Alexandra) Formosa; and nieces, Bella Formosa and Lilli Formosa.
