David B. Holt David Bryant Holt, 44, former employee of CPS, died Thursday, May 4, 2006, at his residence on West Hardin Drive. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Monday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Mark Sartain officiating. Burial will be in Cross Bridges Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the son of Imogene Bryant Holt of Columbia and the late Marvin Tillman "Junior" Holt. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one brother, Dwight Holt of Columbia; sister-in-law, Ann Holt; three nieces, Delanie Haywood, Breanna Holt, Amanda Holt; great niece, Katelyn Haywood; aunts and uncles, Frances & Ken Voss, Mildred Locke, Shelia Johnson, Norman & Joan Holt, Martha Snedegar, Benny Bryant. He was preceded in death by one brother, Danny Glenn Holt; paternal grandparents, Jesse "Big Mama" and Marvin "Big Daddy" Holt, Sr. maternal grandparents, Katherine & Hardin Bryant, and aunt, June McDonald. Pallbearers will be Harvey Moore, Roy Hickman, Ron Truelove, Mike Nance, Kevin Holt, Tommy Locke, Eric Snedegar, and Jimmy Bryant.
