Mrs. Dean Rogers Mrs. Annie Dean Dunnavant Rogers, 75, resident of Jamie Drive, died Monday, January 26, 2004 at Life Care Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday at Highland Park Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Adair officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 3 - 7 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home and Thursday after 10 a.m. at the church. She was married for fifty one years to James E. Rogers who preceded her in death October 24, 1996. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Judy (Jim) Fowler of Chattanooga, Mrs. Marcia (Mike) Lynn of Rockwall, Texas; one son, James D. Rogers of Malabar, Florida; one brother, Robert (Deloris) Dunnavant of Memphis; five grandchildren, Kilbrey Fowler, Jay (Bev) Fowler, Kara (Chris) Gibson, all of Chattanooga, Aimee (Matt) Everett of Rockwall, Texas, Christie (Barry) Carpenter of White Plaines, Maryland; fourteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
