View Video Tribute Debra Anne Lentz, 62, resident of Huntingdon, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 1:30 P.M. at Polk Memorial Gardens with Malvin Sanders officiating. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. Born October 23, 1955 in Columbia, she was the daughter of Norma Pogue Lentz of Jackson and the late Frank Lentz. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sisters, Janet Lentz (Bob) Jackson and Pamela Lentz (Tim) Arnold of Jackson; niece, Stephanie Jackson; and nephews, Tanner Arnold and Dylan Arnold, both of Jackson. She also leaves her aunt, Sara Haddock, Doris Ann Head, Hazel Cothran, Martha Love, and many cousins. The family wishes to express a special thank you to the many caregivers in Huntingdon, especially Margaret Barnes and Sheila Clardy, special friends.
