Diane M. Fox, 77, of Charlotte, North Carolina, and former resident of Columbia, passed away on June 26, 2016. A graveside inurnment service will be conducted Saturday at 1:00 P.M. at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. A service to celebrate her life was held Saturday, July 9th at McEwen Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC, 28210. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. Born in Buffalo, New York, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Margaret Donaldson. She was married to John F. Fox who preceded her in death July 22, 2003. Diane was an avid bowler and golfer and enjoyed her friends. She always had a loving dog by her side. Survivors include her daughter, Linda M. Fox; sons, Gary Fox and Paul Fox; sister, Sandra M. Donaldson; and grandchildren Kendall, Jeanne, Luke and Nick.
