Donna Westmoreland Bennett

Donna Faye Westmoreland Bennett, 65, homemaker and resident of Seventh Avenue, died Sunday, August 24, 2008 at Skyline Madison Hospice. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Rev. Mark Jones officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to www.oakesandnichols.com. Born in Maury County, she was the daughter of the late Sam Westmoreland and Lucille Demastus Westmoreland Stills and a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Lester Bennett of Columbia; children, Kathy Dyer of Lebanon, Teresa Moss, Johnny Fautt, and Angie Fautt, all of Columbia; grandchildren, Mitch (Christian) Dyer of Lebanon, B. J. Moss, Cody Moss, Chase Mataruga, Dillion Moss, Destiny Vincent, and Camey Moss, all of Columbia; great-grandchildren, Chynna Dyer, Myah Dyer, and Damon Dyer, all of Lebanon. Pallbearers are Tony Westmoreland, Jeff Westmoreland, Mark Westmoreland, Mitchell Dyer, Gilbert Demastus, and Doris Watson.
