Ella Jane Blocker Hann, 96, homemaker, died Friday, June 7, 2019 at her residence on Zion Road. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Joe Macer officiating. Burial will follow in Morrow Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. Born May 5, 1923 in Hickman County, she was the daughter of the late Willis Love Blocker and the late Evie Riley Blocker. In November 1946, she married Lewis Anderson Hann, Sr. who preceded her in death February 14, 2015. She was a 1941 graduate of Hickman County High School, where she was on the mid-state champion basketball team. Mrs. Hann was a member of South Point Church of Christ. Survivors include her sons, Lewis Anderson Hann, Jr., Larry Hann both of Columbia; grandchildren, Teresa Hann of Columbia; Travis (Sara) Hann of Columbia; Jennah (Kyle) Knight of Lafayette; great grandchildren, Brian Hann, Josh Hann, Jacob Hann, Isaiah Knight, Orion Knight; and several nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers will be Brian Hann, Josh Hann, Jacob Hann, Terry Hann, Travis Hann, and Kelvin Mayberry. Honorary pallbearers include members of South Point Church of Christ.
