Estel Rich

Mr. Estel Rich, 81, retired sawmill operator, died Saturday, April 24, 2004 at his son's residence on Scribner's Mill Road. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Brother Joe Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in the Friendship Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent towww.oakesandnichols.com. He was a native of Fentress County and son of the late Ike Rich. Survivors include a daughter, Patsy (Bob) Crabtree of New Castle, Indiana; three sons, William Boyd (Andrea) Rich of Columbia, Tommy (Linda) Rich of Culleoka and Johnny (Beverly) Rich of Glendale; two sisters, Bessie Hughes of Jamestown, Indiana and Lillian Rich of New Castle, Indiana. Pallbearers are Donnie Rich, Andrew Rich, William Rich, Jr., Jerry Rich, Jim Rich and Gene Rich.
