Mrs. Frances Stewart Monahan, 63, resident of Green Hills in Nashville, died Friday, August 13, 2004, at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Rush officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Doris Stewart and Elvia Mai Cates Stewart. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include seven sisters, Mrs. Idell Dean, Mrs. Mildred Kelley, Mrs. Vernell Kelley, all of Columbia; Mrs. Demoris Palo of Eldora, Iowa; Mrs. Mary Ann Kelley and Mrs. Deloise (Jerry) Love, both of Culleoka; Mrs. Pauline Chadwell of Mt. Pleasant; three brothers, James Edward (Delores) Stewart and Danny (Dorothy) Stewart, both of Nashville; Roger Stewart of Columbia; and special nephew, Wesley Jennette of Indiana. She was preceded in death by one sister, Kathlene Stewart, and one brother, Randy Lynn Stewart. Pallbearers will be Harold Kelley, Travis Jennette, Johnny Clark, and Joe Kelley.
