FRANKLIN BURK PENDLETON, JR. Mr. Franklin Burk Pendleton, Jr., 71, retired construction worker and resident of Ben Allen Road in Nashville, died Saturday, February 1, 2003 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Laurel Cassidy officiating. Burial will be in the Wilkes Cemetery in the Culleoka Community in Maury County. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Ann Watkins Pendleton, Nashville; daughters, Donna (Wallace) Powell, Spring City, Pam (Donald) McGee, Camden; step-daughter, Cheryl (David) Williams, Madison; grandchildren, Nathan (Jackie) Pendleton and Aaron (Andrea) Pendleton, Indianapolis, Indiana, Michael (Mary) Powell and Angela Powell, Spring City, James (Amy) Pendleton, Birmingham, Alabama, Pamela McGee, Camden, Kenneth Williams, Madison; sisters, Margaret Mathis and Ella Mae Bell, Spring City, Myrtle (Gene) Turner, Indiana, Carol (Ron) Barzyk, Madison, Ima Jane Pendleton, Dayton, Geneva Gannon, Dickson; brothers, Eugene (Betty) Pendleton, Spring City, Glenn Pendleton, Gary, Indiana, Bill (Shirley) Pendleton, Woodbury, Robert (Pam) Pendleton, Dayton; eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Charles Franklin Pendleton.
