Video Memories of Mrs. Georgene JonesMrs. Georgene Andrews Jones, 74, homemaker and resident of Kinzer Lane, died Saturday, March 12, 2005 at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Elmer Lusk and Jack White officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She was a long-time member of the Eastside Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Tom Jones of Columbia; two daughters, Debbie (Donnie) Boshers and Deana Jones of Columbia; a son, Dennis (Wanda) Jones of Columbia; six grandsons, Tyler Boshers, Peyton Boshers, Bailey Boshers, Jeremiah Jones, Cody Jones and Trenton Jones; a brother, Elvin (Alcyon) Andrews of Franklin; two sisters-in-law, Elaine Whitehead of Columbia and Norma (Ronald) Boyette of Shelbyville; two brothers-in-law, Larry (Freda) Jones of Columbia and Bill (Peggy) Jones of Culleoka. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce June Black and Frances Polly. Active pallbearers are Tyler Boshers, Peyton Boshers, Bailey Boshers, Jeremiah Jones, Cody Jones, Trenton Jones, Tim Tisher and Ben Wrather. Honorary pallbearers include Tom Miller, Danny Lasater, Dale Ring, Jimmy Dawson, Clyde Farris, Nieces and Nephews, nurses and staff of Maury Regional Hospital CCU, Drs. Freels, Iverson and Bulmhardt.
