Harold Foster Cleveland

View Video Tribute Harold Foster Cleveland, 72, truck driver and resident of Morningside Drive in Lawrenceburg, died Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Crockett Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday at Olivet Methodist Church in Pulaski with Brother Bill Moss and Pastor Bryan Wilson officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 3 - 7 p.m. at the church. A graveside service will be conducted Sunday at 4 p.m. at Giles Memory Gardens. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to The American Heart Association, P.O. The Giles County native was the son of the late Foster Cleveland and Sadie Deason Cleveland. On November 4, 1964 he married Gaye Fishburn Cleveland who preceded him in death on May 14, 1998 and on May 29, 1999 he married Barbara Joyce "Bobbi" Gray Cleveland who survives him. Mr. Cleveland served in the U.S. Navy. He was a self-employed truck driver for over 30 years and currently was a part-time driver for Assurance Trucking Company. He was a member of the American Legion and enjoyed flower gardening. Survivors in addition to his wife include his children, Lisa (Duane) Burnett of Pulaski, Jessica (John) Calentine of New Braunfels, Texas, DeAnna (Randy) Brown of Calhoun, Louisiana, Keith (Kim) Patton of Lebanon and Glenn (Karen) Glover of Pulaski; a sister, Judy (James) Maultsby of Pulaski; brother, Maurice Cleveland of Lawrenceburg; ten grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Patsy Cleveland and daughter, Deborah Barnes. Pallbearers will be Duane Burnett, Randy Brown, Keith Patton, Bruce Gray, Blake Brown, Len Callahan and Frank Gray.
