Harold Ray King

Harold Ray King, 52, retired Convenience Center Manager for the Maury County Solid Waste Department and resident of Akin Ridge Road in the Williamsport Community, died Saturday, November 12, 2005 at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 12:00 Noon at Oakes & Nichols with Donnie King officiating. Burial will be in the Morton Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.Notes of sympathy may be sent to www.oakesandnichols.com. The Hickman County native was the son of the late James Ben King and Julia Morton King. He was a member of Jones Valley Church of Christ. Survivors include three brothers, Marvin (Mae) King of Columbia, Bobby (Dianne) King and Ricky (Diane) King, both of Williamsport; special niece and nephew, Angie (Billy) Spears and Benji King; special step-children, Ryan Fletcher, Michelle Fletcher and Chris Fletcher. Active pallbearers are Benji King, Charlie King, Vance King, James Hershel King, James Morton, Stephen King and Tommy King. Honorary pallbearers are Gardner Head, Fred Greer, John Andrews, Darrell Andrews, Adam Thomas, Joe Hendley, Dr. Greg Bowers, David King, Phillip King and men of the Jones Valley Church of Christ.
