Mr. Horacio Washington "Elvis" Zaragoza, 56, former employee at the Maury County Courthouse and resident of West Tenth Street, died Wednesday, December 24, 2003, at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Saturday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Judge Jimmy Matthews officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Zaragoza attended the First Assembly of God Church. Survivors include one daughter, Lorie Lynn Zaragoza of Lynnville; two sons, Clayton Lee Zaragoza of Lynnville; Paul Zaragoza of Texas; one brother, Benito Zaragoza of Nashville; foster father, Jack Montgomery of Arkansas; three foster sisters, Mrs. Dorothy (Wayne) Rynders, Mrs. Carole (John) Kilbough, Mrs. Ruth (Jack) Mustain, all of Arkansas; two fosters, Charles Montgomery and Donnie Montgomery, both of Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his foster mother, Ruby Montgomery. Pallbearers will be Jerry Rich, Bud Todd, Linda Stewart, Larry Newcomb, Gary King, and Wayne Essex.
