MRS. IRENE ELLER Mrs. Irene Krista Wala Eller, 59, Administrative Assistant at the Home Office of O'Charley's, Inc., died March 31, 2003, at her residence on Derryberry Cemetery Road. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 12:00 noon at Highland Avenue Church of God with Rev. James Effler and Rev. Bill Morris officiating. Burial will be in Derryberry Cemetery in Marshall County. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home and Thursday from 10:30 A.M. until time of service at the church. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. A native of Anklam, Germany Mrs. Eller was the daughter of Agnes Zawada Wala of Hilliard, Ohio and the late Aloyzy Wala. She has resided in Columbia since 1980 and earned an Associates Degree in accounting from Columbia State Community College. She was formerly employed by Service Merchandise. She was a member of Highland Avenue Church of God. In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband, Claude Ray Eller of Columbia; one son, Hershel (Tammy) Eller of Columbia; one sister, Helen (Bill) Morris of Hilliard, Ohio; one beloved granddaughter, Meghan Eller of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Peter Morris, Michael Morris, Bill Morris, David Ring, Sr., David "Boo" Ring, Jr., Charles Eller, and Jimmy Gilliam. Honorary pallbearers will be employees of the Home Office of O'Charley's, Inc.
