MR. JACK WARREN, JR.Mr. C. W. "Jack" Warren, Jr., self-employed lumber and insulation salesman and resident of West 7th Street , died Monday, February 10, 2003, at Maury Regional Hospital.A Memorial service will be conducted Thursday, at 2:00 P.M. at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Tom Smith officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 1:00 P.M. until time of service at the church. Pleasant, he was the son of the late Claude Wesley Warren, Sr. and Edna Crawford Warren. He was a graduate of Hay Long High School in Mt. Pleasant. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and Al Menah Temple Shriners. He was a member of First United Methodist Church.Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Emily Barnes Warren of Columbia; one brother, Ivan E. (Ellen) Warren of Lawrenceburg; one god-child, Susan Shields of Columbia; and thirteen nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by a sister, Louise Warren.Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Fellowship Sunday School Class at First United Methodist Church, Rev. Frank Smith, Dr. Stephen Simmons, Jeff Jacobs, Carol Black, James Renfro, Tommy Nicholson and Keith Shields.
