Mr. James Forrest Stewart, Jr., 54, long-time truck driver formerly with Summitt and Allman Construction Companies and resident of Morris Avenue, died Sunday, December 30, 2007 at St. Thomas Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Donnie King officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. Stewart of Summertown; extended family, Pamela Bowen, Stacy Peterson, and Caitlin Peterson, of Columbia; his mother, Betty Ann Lovett Mills of Columbia; sisters, Dianne (Bobby) King of Williamsport and Casey (Randy) Hudgins of Duck River; nieces and nephews, Angie (Billy Joe) Spears, Leilani (Alan) Fox, Benji King, William (Holly) Stewart, Zack (Candy) Stewart, Danielle (Marshall) Evans, Jane (Jason) Blackburn, and Jessica Hudgins. He was preceded in death by his father, James Forrest Stewart, Sr. and a brother, William Alan Stewart. Pallbearers are Benji King, Billy Joe Spears, Randy Hudgins, Gary Maxedon, Clayton Ambrose, Charles Lewis, Terry Orton, Terry Davis, John Malugin, Alan Fox, Brad Bogda, and Travis Brown.
