Jane Elizabeth Lee

Miss Jane Elizabeth Lee, 57, resident of Chapman Lane, died Thursday, April 12, 2007, at Summit Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 P.M. Sunday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brother Randy Kersey officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Joe and Rosie Lee. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include one brother, Robert E. "Bob" (Judy) Lee of Columbia; two sisters, Mrs. Janice Marie Myers of Columbia; Mrs. Betty Wright of Hermitage; longtime beloved and special friend, Joe Pfieffer, Jr. of Columbia; special friend, Bessie Lee of Nashville; nieces and nephews, Tracy (Tommy) Ring, Allison (Chris) Demastus, Gayla Lee, Jeremy (Melissa) Myers, Jeff (Roselyn) Myers, Jerry W. Myers, Jr.; eight great nieces and great nephews; and several cousins and lifelong friends. She was preceded in death by one brother, Joe Mitchell Lee; nephew, Ricky Whitfield, brothers-in-law, Jerry Myers, Sr. and John W. Wright. Pallbearers will be Jeff Myers, Jeremy Myers, Tommy Ring, Chris Demastus, Layne Tomlinson, and Morris "Boo" Barrett.
