View Video Tribute View Funeral Webcast Janice Alane "Jan" Walters Cook, 42, graphic designer with Uniguest in Nashville and resident of Union Court, died Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Oakes & Nichols with Father Davis Chackaleckel officiating. She was a graduate of Columbia Central High School and attended Harris School of Art and O'More College of Design. She was a communicant of St. Catherine Catholic Church. In addition to her mother, she is survived by daughters, Anna Elizabeth Cook and Jamie Katlyn Cook, both of Columbia; son, Samuel Clayton Cook of Columbia; brother, John Anderson "Chip" Walters of Murfreesboro; sister, Anne Walters (Vince) Springer of Spring Hill; niece, Erin Springer of Spring Hill; and nephews, Pete Springer and Cooper Springer, both of Spring Hill. Honorary pallbearers include Jacson Chapman, Ken Robinson, Mike Malone, Paul Holt, David Cook, David Sanders, and Scott Ponder.
