Jeffrey Thomas “Jeff” Pilkinton, 57, farmer and resident of Valley Creek Road in Culleoka, died Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center. A graveside service will be conducted Monday at 11:00 A.M. at Friendship Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Born November 1, 1961 in Maury County, he was the son of Tommy Pilkinton and the late Coleen Harris Pilkinton. He was a graduate of Culleoka High School. An avid outdoorsman, Mr. Pilkinton loved hunting, watching wildlife, and old western movies. In addition to his father, survivors include his sisters, Patti (Mike) Foster, Jenny (Roy) Fraser; nephews, Michael Foster, Will Foster, Robert Foster, Charlie Fraser, and William Fraser; three great nieces; two great nephews; several aunts and uncles; and special friend, Sandra Serkownek. Active pallbearers will be his nephews. Honorary pallbearers include his hunting buddies.
