MRS. JEWELL C. WATKINS Mrs. Jewell Cook Watkins, 58, widow of William Thomas "Willie" Watkins and resident of Randlin Drive in the Culleoka Community, died Saturday, Janaury 11, 2003 at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Rev. Gene Shelton officiating. Burial will be in the Friendship Cemetery. The family will visit with friends after 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Survivors include four daughters, Rebecca Sue (Tom) Jager of Columbia, Sonya McNeely of Mt. Pleasant, Kim Sanders of Columbia, Monica Dawn (Jeremy) Palmer of Culleoka; two sons, Tony Wayne (Lucie Lea) Watkins of Lewisburg, William Randall Watkins of Columbia; four sisters, Imogene (Russell) Garrett of Shelbyville, Dody (Bobby) Gullett of Tullahoma, Brenda (Buddy) Mize of McMinnville, Shirley (James) Stem of Shelbyville; a brother, Doug Cook of Shelbyville; fourteen grandchildren; a great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Colby Cothron, William James McNeely, Jacob Watkins, Joshua Watkins, Tom Jager, Jeremy Palmer.
