Mrs. Joyce Ann Dyche Walker, 67, owner of Uptown Antiques on South Garden St., died Thursday, May 29, 2008 at her residence on Williamsport Pike. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brandon Stutts, Gene Woodard and Eddie Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Williamsport Baptist Cemetery. The Eupora, Mississippi native was the daughter of the late Charles Dyche and Christina Harrison Dyche. She was married to Lester A. Walker, Jr. who preceded her in death October 28, 2005. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Rocky Hall, Sr. of Columbia; one step-son, Jeff Walker of Columbia; two daughters, Sheryl (Royce) Reed of Columbia, Rhonda (Michael) Dale of Williamsport; one brother, Floyd Dyche of Houston, TX; two sisters, Janet Carder of Houston, TX, Sandra Mathis of Cleveland, MS; three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Tommy Dooley, Freddie Morton, Gene Woodard, Kevin Benderman, Ricky Cleveland and John "Sonny" Massey.
