Judy Gwen Love Mencer, 52, Manager for Quick Mart, died Friday, December 8, 2017 at her residence on Kedron Road. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 1:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Reverend Mylen Coble and Phil Mash officiating. Burial will follow in Santa Fe Cemetery. Born August 18, 1965 in Davidson County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Albert Homer Love and the late Willie Geraldine Dugger Love. Mrs. Mencer loved shopping and was a member of Viola Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, whom she married June 10, 1996, Stephen Wayne Mencer of Spring Hill; son, Matthew Brandon Tomlin of Columbia; grandchildren, AA; and Andy; sisters, Lynn (Rick) Gibson of Lewisburg; Jackie (Floyd) Land of Lewisburg; Bonnie Gray of Culleoka; Mot (Skeeter) Green of Mt. Pleasant; June Love of Columbia; and Debbie (Barry) Casteel of Phoenix, Arizona; brother, Jerry (Cricket) Love of Culleoka; fifteen nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert "Bobby" Love. Active pallbearers will be family and friends.
