Julie Ann Sims

Julie Ann Sims, 41, died Friday, March 2, 2007 at her residence on Smith Hollow Road in Lynnville. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Ed Murphy officiating. Burial will be in Glennwood Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She was a native of Maury County and graduate of Richland High School in Giles County. Survivors include a son, Samuel Hanvy of Lynnville; her parents, Wendell T. "Tooter" and Sarah Wilsford Sims of Lynnville; two sisters, Emily (Michael) Collier of Lynnville and Tami Johnson of Durango, Colorado; a brother, Wendell Thurman (Lisa) Sims, Jr. of Pulaski; eight nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Pallbearers are Robert Collier, Brian Flowers, Brandon Flowers, Jerry Flowers, Gary Sims, and Jimmy Flowers.
