Junetta "June" Travis Andrews

Junetta "June" Travis Andrews, 84, retired employee of Sears and resident of Larkspur Terrace in Decatur, Georgia, died Friday, April 29, 2016 at Mesun Hospice Care. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with J. D. Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Jim Travis and Delorsia Dodson Travis. She married Charlie Andrews who preceded her in death October 24, 1988. Mrs. Andrews enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her daughter, Linda Hardeman of Lawrenceville, Georgia; sons, David (Glenda) Andrews of Spring Hill, Steve (Jennifer) Andrews of Georgia; sister, Ezell Bradley of Spring Hill; half sister, Anita Chastain of Dayton, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Brenda Andrews; grandchildren, Danielle Hardeman, Kimberly Lewis, Crystal Mitchell, David Andrews, Jr., Michelle Thornton, Brian Andrews, Luke Cohran, Kyle Andrews, Caden Andrews; great grandchildren, James Austin Atkins, Christian Grimes, Avery Wlodarczyk, Jarrod Mitchell, Madison Wlodarczyk, Summer Mitchell, Evangelina Mitchell, Allison Thornton, Ansley Lewis, Andrew Lewis, Oliver Cohran, and Abigail Thornton.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Glenn Andrews.
