Mrs. Alice Kaye Grimes Adams Clark, 67, died Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at her residence on Pimlico Place. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 3 p.m. at First United Methodist Church with Dr. James G. Hughes and Jerry Colley officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 1:30 until 3 p.m. at the church. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was a graduate of Spring Hill High School. She owned and operated Kaye's Embroidery in Madison and was former owner of Kaye's Dress Shop in Columbia. Mrs. Clark was a member of First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Bill Clark of Columbia; son, Patrick (Ginger) Adams of Nashville; daughter, Susie (Mark) Curry of Duck River; granddaughter Elizabeth (fiancée Michael Cox) Curry of Duck River; two grandsons, Brian Adams of Nashville, Justin (Crystal) Curry of Duck River; sister, Linda (Jerry) Colley of Columbia; niece, Kim (Todd) Curry of Duck River; nephew, Jason (Cynthia) Fogg of Spring Hill; and several great nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Brian Adams, Justin Curry, Todd Curry, Jerry Colley, Jr., Michael Cox, Jason Fogg, Wiley Medlin and Leslie Colley. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Patrick Murphy and staff; friends of Pimlico Place; and special caregivers, Karen and Lori from Willowbook Hospice.
