Visitation with the family will be held Monday from 4:00 P.M. -8:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. at Carmack Boulevard Church of Christ with services at 12:00 P.M. with Brother Herb Davis officiating. Born September 4, 1969 in Williamson County, Tennessee, he was the son of Lena Mae Caldwell Brown and Kenneth Brown, who passed away April 26, 2018. He was a graduate of Spring Hill High School. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed grilling, fishing, and growing his aquariums. He was also an excellent mechanic, who could fix anything, and enjoyed R.C. cars and airplanes. Above all, he loved spending time with his fiancée, Erin, who was the anchor and love of his life. Mr. Brown never met a stranger and was always known for uplifting and encouraging others. Survivors include his fiancée, Erin Brewer of Columbia; mother, Lena Mae Caldwell Brown of Spring Hill; son, Felix; brother, Kevin (Jamila) Brown of Columbia; niece, Kreandra Bumpas; nephew, Xander Brown; uncle, Tommy Caldwell; aunts, Geneva Wynn; Loretta (Roosevelt) Brown; and Sue Ellen (Charles) Polk; in-laws, William and Teresa Brewer; brother-in-law, William (Tabitha) Brewer; and a host of cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Marie Brown; maternal grandparents, William and Lena Caldwell. Active pallbearers will be close friends.
