Kenneth Alfred "Kenny" Rowland, 47, resident of Hermitage and former clerk for Exxon Tiger Mart, died Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at Cornelia House in Nashville. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Pastor Glenda Woods officiating.. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The Maury County native was the son of the late William Henry "Buck" Rowland, Jr. and Mary Evelyn Jones Rowland. He was a graduate of Overton High School in Nashville and a member of Cornerstone Church in Madison. Survivors include a sister, Sherrie Johnson of Hermitage; two brothers, Richard Wayne (Tammy) Rowland of Mt. Juliet and Bucky Lee (Kerrie) Rowland of Williamsport; nieces and nephews, Christopher Eckert, Matthew Johnson, Amber Rowland, Joshua Rowland, Corey Rowland, Karlee Rowland, and Kortney Rowland; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Pallbearers are Chris Eckert, Richard Rowland, Joshua Rowland, Matthew Johnson, Corey Rowland and Bucky Rowland.
